.... for my son's wedding.
They married at the RSA in London
in a very small (only 9 of us) but beautifully arranged ceremony. It was a really nice day and both families enjoyed it. Doesn't feel right to share family pictures of the happy couple so you'll have to make do with me ouside the wine bar named after me.

Don't you look smart in your posh frock eh?!!!
I'm glad it went well for everyone and wish the happy couple a long and happy life together!
Did you go down into Gordon's? Looks like it wasn't open at the time. It's a great place, - kind of classy/seedy, a cellar, does nice mixed platters and loads of wine by the glass. Or so I remember, I haven't been there for ages. And then you can ramble along the Embankment looking at the lights afterwards :)
My son introduced me to Gordon's a couple of years ago. I love it! It's always a struggle to get into it because it's always heaving with people, and I agree that it has just the right mix of seedy/classy. It's actually in the cellars of the original wharfage along the banks of the river. The original river's edge is just outside, with the original water gate at the end of the outside area.
Have you tried Champagne Charlie's under Charing Cross station? Only bar I've ever been in which really does have sawdust on the floor.
Your son looks great - who's the geezer in the hat ?
