My Pak Choi are bolting.
I've known them to bolt later in the season but never this early. Why?

I reckon it's the odd weather mix we've been having - it's got them all confuzzled!
couple of my onions look like they'll be joining them soon too :-0
I went to a garden centre in the West of Scotland about a week ago and they were selling pak choi that was bolting. I had asked the man about this, he did not tell me why they were bolting, but advised they were still okay as long as you snapped off the top bit, so the energy would go into producing the bulb, so I pass that bit of information onto you.
Hope it is of some help.
