I've got a 4 tier one from a pricey Garden Centre & a cheap 3 tier one from ALDI - both the same quality! The only problem is I've got a fleece jacket for the bigger one which now has a basking cat permanently on the top of it...
I've had one of those although I think it has seen one winter too many and didn't survive the last one. The only problems I've had are that it can get really hot inside even when you think the weather isn't all that hot, and fry your seedlings so you need to be really religious about checking on it and seeing to watering and ventilation. Also they're vulnerable in high winds. Many's the time I've had to retrieve the component parts from all over the garden following a storm.
Yes, they do seem as though a strong wind would send them dancing round the garden. I've shoved 4 bricks on the bottom shelf and done some judicious wedging!

I have the 2 tier version and it's very good!
