Suitably replenished with string.....

.....I've finished tieing in the blackberries.  Job done!


Not deterred by rain and hail, the coppicing is also finished.  Yay!  Job done, even if the photos are out of focus because my hands were cold.

Ha-Ha! Sorry. What I didn't tell you is that while blood is considered to be a good fertiliser I normally expect to buy it dried, in a bag, at a garden centre. Today I provided my own, fresh and red. But all the fingers are still on the payroll. Dangerous business this coppicing!

Well at least you have got back into the swing of things early....of course my reasoning on being at home lazy is the fear of frostbite..haha!!
