More problems with pigeons
Take a look at the pictures above . These were cabbages & mangetout peas. Decimated, beyond hope of recovery. Torn to shreds by pigeons, despite protection.
What did Ozymandias, King of Kings, say?

Ozymandias must have been a bloody pigeon.

ReplyDeleteOur gamekeeper likes pigeons and won't shoot them! Need I say more?

ReplyDeleteSame problems on allotment in Ireland!We do not have the background in allotments you have. This is our second year on one and have been trawling the internet form time to time for advice. Its windy and wet here today so I am online and seem to have hit a motherlode of information on allotments ( why could I not find them before)? I am bookmarking everything so I can find my way back.
